Alicia Law is no ordinary fashion blogger. And therefore her blog, Fashion Famed is no run of the mill fashion blog either. A jockey by trade, the shoots she puts together for her blog with collaborator and photographer Susie Cahill give her a chance to show the world a different side to her than the contrasting day to day one. When not rising early every morning to ride racehorses she and photographer Susie Cahill, a Fine Art graduate of DIT, take to the streets of Dublin to spend the day honing in on the perfection they are seeking for the blog. Originally started by Alicia as a side project inspired by her long held love of fashion and celebrity, it currently has blog views stacking up, with ever growing numbers of likes on Facebook and followers on Instagram, and also already having collaborations with a number of shops & businesses, Fashion Famed is well and truly taking off-and is getting noticed along the way. 

Having started as a blog about celebrity fashion, with friend Susie Cahill coming on board for photography it has expanded into creating shoots that include outfits put together by Alicia according to her own taste as well as acknowledging current cultural influences.  A native of Meath but currently residing in Wexford for her job with the horses, the creator of Fashion Famed has got Enniscorthy based boutique Put A Bow On It run by Aoife Foran on board to supply clothes for the blog’s latest shoots. With the style of the outfits chosen reflecting Alicia’s knowledge of celebrity culture and what’s trending, combined with the urban environment captured by Susie’s camera, these images would not appear out of place in any celeb mag fashion assessment page. However it is clear that the girls aspire to much more than that, with them hoping to get more shops on board to expand the range of clothes modelled, with collaborating shops benefiting from the exposure on the blog.
